This stunning flexible maternity belly button ring has a sterling silver and light blue crystal 3D baby shoe charm attached on the bottom. It also had a matching crystal gem ball on top for a little extra sparkle.
I include a split ring with this purchase. After your new baby arrives, you can remove the crystal charm from the belly button ring it and attach it to a necklace or charm bracelet.
