The antique silver OM symbol charm is 1/2 in wide and 3/4 in tall. A 5mm steel ball is on top. The flexible PTFE bar is available in standard (1 inch) or maternity (2 inch) length. It can easily be cut, if needed, for a perfect fit. See "Rethreading Belly Charms" for instructions.
