  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Belly Charms LLC ships merchandise to locations in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Denmark, Ireland, Netherlands, Australia, UAE, Virgin Islands and Sweden. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    US SHIPPING

    A flat $2.50 shipping fee is charged for all orders, any size to the US shipping via first class mail. All orders over $40 that are shipped in the US will receive delivery confirmation information.  Tracking/ Delivery Confirmation is not available for international orders. US delivery is normally 3-5 business days via First-Class Mail. Delivery to Canada is 10-14 business days via First-Class Mail.

    Due to an increase in lost orders by the USPS, I am now offering the option to purchase Insurance and  Tracking /Delivery Confirmation on First Class Mail.

    Priority (2-3 business days) and Express ( 1-2 business days) Mail Options are available at checkout.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Priority and Express Mail options are available for international orders. Priority Mail starts at $15 and Express Mail Starts at $31.

    International shipping rates vary depending on the size of the order and location. Discounted shipping rates apply to orders over $20. These will be displayed at checkout. No tracking is available for international shipments.

    Priority Shipping via USPS is 6-10 business days for international orders.  Express Shipping via USPS is 3-5 business days for international orders.  Delivery times vary depending on delivery location.

    OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION

    All orders for Belly Button Rings and Toe Rings will be shipped within 48 hours after payment is received Monday - Friday. Custom Swarovski Maternity Belly Button Rings will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

    Custom personalized bracelets and anklets will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days. We will always ship them out as soon as possible.

    Please double check your shipping address BEFORE your order is placed.  If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your order is returned to me, you will be charged $2.50 for the order to be re-shipped to the correct address.



  • Return Policy

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order on bracelets, anklets or toe rings, please return in a padded mailer envelope within 30 days and your account will be credited. Shipping charges are not refundable. Due to safety concerns for our customers, belly button rings can only be returned if they are damaged or defective, or if the wrong item was shipped. Belly button rings will not be resold if returned. Please contact Sonya at bellycharms@aol.com for more information.

    One Year Replacement Guarantee:  If you have a problem with your belly button ring --- loose crystals, broken loop, threading problems, stripped end balls---- please contact me ASAP. I understand things happen, and I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. I will either fix or send a replacement item to you at no additional charge. Please contact Sonya bellycharms@aol.com.
